I really enjoy going here, I went here when it was a different owner and never really saw any difference in my skin color. But going here for only a week I look as if I was on a tropical vacation! The bulbs are all new and everything is updated and clean! I’ve met the owner who is a really nice person and Ruby who works there is awesome!! I really recommend this place if your looking to get a serious tan

Although most of the staff is friendly and accommodating, nearly every single time I’ve gone into the salon, the beds I have paid a monthly membership for have been down and unavailable to use. After many times of this occurring, and customer lines building up for the beds that were available, I questioned the staff (in a polite manner) about the situation and explained to a customer who questioned the long lines (again in a non-slandering manner) that there have been re-occurent issues at the salon with beds being available for use. After questioning the service that the salon is supposed to provide to customers, I was then told I was not welcome to come back tan their as per management. I have never experienced such poor customer service and management skills anywhere else. I would strongly discourage anyone from giving them their business.

I just stopped in to waste some time. I just wanted to get some information on Tanning. I have never been tanning before in my life. I went in the young lady in the place was very informative. She also told me about the Specials. the prices could not be real. it was half off of almost nothing any way. I was so amazed with the prices I had to give it a try. She showed me how to work the bed. She gave me some things for my eyes. I also before going back there was looking at some tanning Lotions. She showed me another deal on the tanning lotion and said for the package I was getting this is the best one. I was completely amazed with the service and the prices. They won me over. I 100% recommend this place…

I don’t know who this Joe Adamo is but my wife and I both frequent Outlaw. Never ever has there been a problem with the owner or any of his employees. Great people. No creepers here! Clean beds. New bulbs.
