Loved it. Love the whole family. They are just awesome. I love the atmosphere there. It’s a place u feel like going to n just hanging out w them. Very entertaining!! She listens to what the client wants n that’s exactly what u get. They will tell u if they can’t or won’t do something so it doesn’t cause more damage- they won’t just do it to make a few bucks. Had a Brazilian blowout done the other day n I LOVE IT! I had no idea my hair would turn out the way it did. It’s so soft n not frizzy at all!! I’d definitely recommend getting this done if u have straight hair. May be a little pricey but it’s so worth it!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityOk so I tried a new salon today. First time in a year because I am terrified of horrible experiences. I asked for a cut with long layers, side bangs. I showed her the picture as a reference for what I wanted. I was also booked for a eyebrow wax. I left looking like the other 2 pictures. It is horrible and looks nothing like the photo. Only the back of my hair was cut. No long layers. No eyebrow wax. The color isn’t even close. I was told to wash to 2 to 3 times and it will look like the photo?!?! 200 dollars later and nothing that I wanted. Not to mention they way over booked. Someone not even licensed was washing and attempting to curl my hair. Am I delusional? I feel this looks nothing like what I asked for.
