Everytime I’ve been here, I’ve had a wonderful experience. The payment options to tip and pay for services is a breeze. Critical: ProfessionalismUnfortunately, I had a family matter and arrived 10 minutes late, only to find the salon closed. No one called me to let me know they were closing early at 3:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I left a message and waited for a callback the following week, never heard back. I called on Wednesday afternoon again to schedule another appointment and to find out what happened, I was told their policy is they will not wait 10 minutes for you or call you back (very unprofessional). When I asked to schedule another appointment with Lisa they said it would be 3 weeks out. I’ve been going to Outer Edge for years and have never complained when I have to wait 15/20 minutes for my appointment, but Apparently that’s a one-way street. I’ll never go anywhere else. Jackie is exceptional with colour and doesn’t ever disappoint. The shop is modern, simple and classy. They really care about their customers and put that extra attention to detail. They’re a high end salon when it comes to their work but their prices are affordable. I can’t say enough great things about this place.
