They offer online booking and you get a confirmation email for your appointment hours in advance and then you drive all the way there and your stylist isnt there and the person that is there is rude, tells you they cant help you but you can wait a few minutes to see if your stylist shows up. Umm how about you offer to call that stylist since the phone #s listed are disconnected. So you go out to your car to wait a few minutes only to walk back in and have all the doors locked just 10 minutes later AND it says hours are open till 8pm and doors are locked by 4:40! Do not recommend!

I normally do not do reviews, but I would love to give this place 5 stars. Great place and great staff. Was very friendly from the start and received an excellent hair cut. Will definitely be coming here for my hair cuts for now on.

Brought my step son here and i noticed it was all uneven once we got to the car and i Brought him back in for her to fix it. And i also noticed when she was done she left her station a mess went to the desk and was on her phone when we walked back in… I called ahead of time to see if they had openings.. when we walked in she was cleaning her station. Im guessing she leaves the mess untill the next person comes in and

Worst haircut I ever had…girl hacked a large amount of hair from backside of my hair without discussing it with me before she cut hair. So now I pull up my hair in the back and there is a tuft of hair from,when she hacked at it .Then hair cut was not even overall in the back. Will never go back there

Amazing massage. Horrible wait, one hour later no acknowledgement of my Mani or pedi that was scheduled for right after my massage. Needless to say I don’t recommend nor will I be returning.

Boyfriend went for a hair cut on a Tuesday even had appointment he went there and nobody was there, they were closed on a Tuesday at the time of my boyfriend’s appointment. My boyfriend even got a confirmation e-mail confirming his 2:30 appointment no out to lunch sign nothing. Why take appointments if your not going to be there?
