I love this place! Now I will say that I keep coming to this salon not because the beds are the best, because as mentioned in a previous review they definitely need to change the bulbs and do a better job of keeping up with that. However I also understand that times are tough right now and things are very expensive and even though beds are not as hot as I would like they do give me color!

This tanning salon is by far my favorite of all time. The staff is lovely the beds are always on point and awesome but there’s one problem I have is they are not keeping up with when the bulbs are ready to change. The beds this year verses last are not nearly as hot like I don’t even break a sweat this time around and I get in the strongest beds they have. I don’t want to have to find another place to go but I don’t want to feel like I’m throwing my money away either. Help me stay with you guys and update your bulbs.. TIA

Wishing I didn’t pay for 2 months in advance. I should of asked for a tour but I didn’t think it could be this bad. Its disgusting, old beds, hard to close beds and after having to force one close at my last visit the metal handle hit the top of my head and it’s now swollen and did bleed. I’m more worried about the germs at this point. I paid for 2 months in advanced lesson learned. Don’t make this mistake

I’ve been going here for several years. The girls that work there are great. I do however have a complaint about the bulbs. It is very obvious that the bulbs have not been changed this year. I went at the beginning of the summer & could hardly tell that I had been in a tanning bed & about a month ago I renewed my membership. $100 I’ve been several times & it is even worse. I had debated going somewhere else & now I wish I had. I’m out that $100. I just stopped going because it was a waste of my time. The owner needs to put new bulbs in ALL the beds if they want to stay in business. People will not continue to throw their money away.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityNeeded a tan for a winter wedding tan and was not disappointed at ALL. The tan machine left me even and perfectly colored and the leg tan really evened out my legs for a glow. Got a ton of compliments! Plus the girls that worked tuesday when I came in were so nice and helpful. I’ll be back for sure!

Went in for an airbrush tan. Betti took care of me. She was so inspiring and wonderful. The young lady at the counter who helped me with products was absolutely fantastic as well. Would HIGHLY recommend them.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in there yesterday and was very disappointed with the manager Kaitlin and her coworker with brown hair. I have been going there for about a month now and have always been disappointed in the managers customer service. I went out of town this week so and my card got put on hold so therefore I couldn’t make my monthly payment. I was willing to pay cash but as I tried explaining what had happened with my card, I was laughed at. The manager and the younger girl with brown hair literally laughed at me. I didn’t want to give them my business after getting laughed at so I waited for my little sister to finish her tan so we could leave. I have never been so disappointed in costumer service in my life. If I was actually someone who was struggling with money the last thing I would want is to get laughed at. Since my sister was with me I didn’t want to make a big scene in front of her so I called them after she left. I wanted to talk to Kaitlin’s boss but Kaitlin said she was the head of the store and doesn’t have a boss. My mom also called and got told that she does have someone ahead of her and they will be calling her. She was rude over the phone as well. I have told many of the people that go there what I experienced at outback tanning and they are definitely losing many members because of the way I was treated. I am one of the owners of a catering business and it shocked me that a manager would treat a paying customer like this. Serenity was SO knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She did not try to pressure me into any service and the process was seamless. The second time I went in, she even remembered my name without asking (amazing!). A following visit, I was introduced to another front desk representative, Heather, who is equally as lovely. Every time I come in the girls are so incredibly sweet! Tonight I met Kayla and Kaitlyn, and they certainly kept the trend going!!! They all are engaging and let me stand and chat with them (I could talk for hours, especially since Covid has pretty much removed all direct human interaction); they always greet me with a smile and are very welcoming!!! She did not try to pressure me into any service and the process was seamless. The second time I went in, she even remembered my name without asking (amazing!).
