Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI receive a therapeutic massage from Anna monthly, drive almost two hours to come see her and have been a client of hers for over a year! Anna is a fantastic massage therapist! I have not found another therapist that works your muscles as well as she does. I am a hair stylist. I am up on my feet all day and cutting/coloring hair is hard on your body. I always feel like a brand new person when I leave. I receive a therapeutic massage from Anna monthly, drive almost two hours to come see her and have been a client of hers for over a year! Anna is a fantastic massage therapist! I have not found another therapist that works your muscles as well as she does. I am a hair stylist. I am up on my feet all day and cutting/coloring hair is hard on your body. I always feel like a brand new person when I leave. I recommend all of my family/friends to her!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIf I could give negative stars, I would. I don’t know who I spoke with, because she didn’t give her name, however, she was incredibly rude. I had a gift certificate that expired during the pandemic and attempted to call multiple times to see if they would still honor it. I left four messages, but no one ever returned my calls. I was finally able to speak to a live person, and again, she was incredibly rude and told me that she always answers the phone so “that just isn’t true.” She also directed me to schedule a massage online if I couldn’t get an answer on the phone, but again, that doesn’t tell me if they would honor my gift certificate. $135 down the drain. She ended the conversation by saying, “A lot of people’s gift certificates expired.” She didn’t even try to placate a potential customer. I have informed all of my friends and family of this situation and how displeased I am with Out of Body Massage 573. They have lost multiple sources of business due to this interaction.
