Critical: ProfessionalismI wanted highlights, but my usual hairdresser was closed. I decided to give Otilia’s Beauty Salon a try, but I regret it. I walked in and asked the first lady (I believe her name is Aurelia) if she could make me some pale beige highlights. She was skeptical at first because my hair is black, but I explained to her that my hair was virgin. Later in the bleaching process she realized I was being truthful, as my hair depigmented evenly. However, a process that normally takes my hairdresser 4.5 hours they did in half the time. To make a long story short, I ended up with SUPER yellow highlights. The lady proceeded to apply a toner, but that didnt work. What angers me most is that the owner was there next to her, and she did nothing to prevent or fix the issue. On top of that, I found out when I got home that the hair on the back had been stained by the bleach. So in some areas I had patches of bronze discoloration. I normally don’t bother to leave negative reviews, but I want to warn potential customers of the risk they are taking by putting their hair in the hands of these people. I wanted highlights, but my usual hairdresser was closed. I decided to give Otilia’s Beauty Salon a try, but I regret it.
