I’ve loved ossamas for over 10 years now…. not too much lately bc I wear protective styles, but when I want to wear it out, that’s where I go and they do a great job every time. Even when I don’t want to pay for a trim, they do it if it’s really needed and I love the care I get. The only thing I don’t like is the assembly line of people I have to tip…. but then my hair looks great, and I don’t mind.

They put some kind of straightener in my 12 year old hair. Her natural curl pattern is gone and her hair has been falling out. So wrong to do. If you can’t do natural hair just say no. They charge extra for “curly” hair and do some dishonest stuff like this. Hairstyling

They did such an amazing job and made my first experience at a hair salon top notch. BONE STRAIGHT! My hair is bangin! All of the older, original stylists can get you right! I’m not certain of the newer artists. Give them a try! Clean scalp, well-conditioned, flowing, shiny and luxurious hair. I think you’ll LOVE IT!

I had a wonderful experience. My hair is natural, coarse and coiled. I experience extreme dryness, so they recommended the Aloe Vera treatment. My hair was so soft and beautiful when they finished. Normally I don’t straighten my hair, but with the help of dry shampoo, it stayed straight for a week! There is only one draw back – several people work on you (a person at the wash station, one at the blow dry station and the stylist). Everyone expects a tip, so if your services total $75, be prepared to add $15 to the total. Other than that, I love this place and will definitely go again.
