If I could rate a 0, I would. I emailed and called the week before to ask about pricing. They could not give me an exact price of their services and none of the services had prices online. The guy made me comb my own hair out. Charged me extra for a service that I did not request. I’m disappointed because this was my first experience. I called the next day to speak with someone about the up charge and they said it depends on your hair. A service should depend on the service NOT the customer’s hair. They charge $45 for a wash and dry on Relaxed hair but my hair is natural and curly, so he upcharged me an extra $40 and charged me for a deep conditioner I did not receive. I’m sorry but do not go to this salon. I could’ve done my hair myself. By the way if you know hair, you know that it’s best to comb/brush from end to root. When he blow dried and straightened my hair, he brushed from root to end. I even had to tell him to use a different note wide tooth comb because he was planning to use a rat tail comb on my curly hair. It was unfair pricing and I don’t plan to return

I had went here today because of all the great reviews I saw. I never let anyone touch my hair but today I gave up in came here. I was not disappointed at all. I love my hair, it feels great and everyone love my hair. This will be the salon I go to every 2 weeks. I got there and no one was there. I literally dropped my baby off to his babysitter to come here just to find out no one was there. The owner can be a little standoffish sometimes. He does a good job with customers. Oldest son can be that way too but does a good job with your hair. .Now I see youngest son who’s a little friendlier with customers. Over all a great place to have your hair done.
