My take on a owner/stylist that you cannot communicate with outside of Instagram is terrible. What happened to the days of being able to see and/or speak to the person about booking an appointment? I contacted the Owner or whom ever responds to Instagram about booking an appointment and the responses to me were very vague. The dates available were 2 weeks from now and I asked if she had other possible dates because it’s an emergency. Plus you are charged I believe 20-30 extra for emergency appointments on StyleSeat. She couldn’t give me a definitive answer but she said what date I had in mind- I threw a date and time out there, it wasn’t available. So you tell me when you have available then. No reply. I’ve used StyleSeat in the past for other appointments and the stylist knowing you’re a new client has the ability to move your appointment around. I don’t understand the vague communication I received and the lack of customer service. If I research a stylist and they charge top dollar I pay what they request. Since I looked over her price sheet and she in fact charges prices id pay down town then it should be pretty easy for you to communicate effectively. Good service should be good service in any area. I used yelp to find this business and I will be leaving my review about the lack of helpfulness received. My qualm is don’t tell me to look for dates that aren’t available.
