I just recently moved here and was looking for a reputable salon that does japanese straightening. I came across Vicky’s Osh Hair Salon and I am beyond grateful to have found her and Vanessa who went up and above in their service! My wavy, thick hair turned out to be that sleek, straight hair that I’ve been wanting. The price is very reasonable and the service is stellar! Vicky has been doing japanese straightening for over 20 years and her experience is a proof of her expertise in this field. Together with Vanessa, they are very personable and professional, I highly recommend them both! I was even offered hot tea and services like these are truly appreciated. Cut and wash service I had with Vicky was excellent. The staff is very courteous and professional – I was in and out in 25-30 minutes. Premises are clean and welcoming. Vicky listened to what I asked for and made sure she understood before starting. The final product was great: my haircut looked much more fashionable rather than a simple buzz you’d get at a barber shop. I highly recommend Osh for men who want to look their best and have a customized experienced and results of a salon.

10/10! – Excellent first time Keratin treatment! Vicky thoroughly assessed my hair and recommended non-formaldehyde keratin treatment. I was nervous about the effectiveness, but she provided reassurance. She said if I was unhappy with the results after wash, she would provide the formaldehyde treatment at no cost. She even threw in some Japanese straightening treatment for my stubborn baby hairs for free! She’s very accommodating.
