Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst of all I NEVER leave a review! I think a good book review is the only one I’ve EVER left UNTIL NOW!Worst pedicure I’ve EVER had! I paid for a $55 pedicure which got rushed and barely a massage. Also this woman wasn’t going to do do anything but take my old polish off! She wasn’t going to do my cuticles or anything until I said something about it and even then she did a very poor job of it! I asked her while looking at colors if they had powder and gel matching ones and she said yes and handed me a color sample ring and I picked a color that when she went to get said no cause it wasn’t any good. Then I picked another one and she got it and painted my toes. Refer to picture. Those who get pedicures often will see where all my issues were. Then when I tried to talk to her about it she was rude and told me it looked fine… we go to do my nails and I notice she brings the polish and I ask her where the powder is and she plans on painting my nails. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE! Finally I just got up and was like no never mind I’m leaving. Then when I examined my feet closer when I got to the car and was just flabbergasted! I can paint better left handed first off! Went back in and asked to speak to owner and they wouldn’t give me a place to call cause I wanted my money back and she refused to see what was wrong with it. Wouldn’t give me my money back! This place is not worth your money and like I said I NEVER leave a review and if she wouldn’t have been so rude about it I wouldn’t have left one this time either! Don’t look at how crazy my toes are spread I was trying to get everything wrong in one pic. I know I didn’t but I hope this helps another mother like me that doesn’t have the money to throw away! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuei walked in and they immediately told me to sit down, where the girl that did my nails was sitting. DIDNT SANITIZE BEFORE I SAT DOWN. made the water WAY too hot. and when she was doing the cuticles she was taking skin. NOT CUTICLES. SKIN. and the cuticles are still there on my toes. she didn’t ask if the hot towel was okay and she wiped the oil and lotion off instead of letting it sit there or rubbing it in. she didn’t get any of my ingrown out. all she did was cut the nail. i had a nail on my third toe that is very sensitive right now because i cut it too short and she kept cutting it and filing it. she also kept using a really rough sponge on the skin of my toes and that HURTS. IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS THAT IT HURT. MY MOM PAID $55 FOR THIS. my mom went back in and asked for our money back and they wouldn’t give her the number of the owner and also said there’s no refunds. I took my mother and daughter to get our nails done … 1st .. they were rude … Telling me I couldn’t choose a color first without getting the acrylic on my nails as my 14 yr old daughter and I looked through the colors … Then they kept trying to tell us what we wanted after we said we wanted acrylic .. she was saying that those were too hard and that we should get gel or dip powder better … She also kept insisting I get shellac instead of acrylic .. like I had already told her .. more than 3 times … She finally gave in and started the process for the acrylic. Once she started applying the nail polish … She applied the nail polish but was done wrong .. so she did it 3 more times … Once she added the clear polish .. she didn’t even cover the whole nail .. my mother’s nails and mine .. were not shaped as we told them … Then they went ahead and charged $30 per nail set … Charging us as if we had a special shape like coffin .. we just wanted round tipped … Never again will I go back … they didn’t fully remove the old nail polish I had on … You can see the outline of the clear nail polish over the new nail polish but again it was not applied to the whole nail …SMH … I don’t get what the hurry was

This place was highly recommended so I gave it a shot in November. I like polish, not the powder or gel or whatever and when I told the technician she snatched the samples out of my hands. She then handed me the menu and when I chose the basic pedicure she looked mad. I got nothing. No massage, no hot towels, no lotion. She took off my old polish, did a little cuticle work, only worked on callouses for a minute (after I asked), and put the new polish on. I’m sorry I can’t spend $60 to get my toes done. I won’t be back.

My husband works out of town so I travel a lot to visit him, I usually go to another place when I go to Muskogee but they were booked! When I arrived the place was empty but they had just opened so I didn’t think anything of it. The man who did my nails was on the phone almost the whole time and rushed through my nails. The man who did my nails was so careless of what he was doing. This man was on his personal cellphone taking phone calls the whole time and stopped doing my nails for a total of 10 minutes because he was on his phone. In addition to being careless I now have acrylic stuck to my skin. My nails are crooked, I asked many times for him to cut down my nails and he wouldn’t listen to me. The polish doesn’t even cover my whole nail. Then a young lady comes in saying her nails weren’t treated right because she got them done that day and the paint was ALL OVER her hand because they didn’t cure them. And this man got so upset with her and because very rude. I used to love going here and now I remembered why I stopped coming. I will not be back.

I made it known while I was there that I didn’t like them before the lady was finished and her fix was to try and place glitter nail polish of top of my dip nail. She did not try to fix it or anything and had me leaving crying my eyes out because of how bad they were. They were crusty around my nails and very uneven. Had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. My nails were a complete disaster so much that I had to go to a different place to have them removed. I made it known while I was there that I didn’t like them before the lady was finished and her fix was to try and place glitter nail polish of top of my dip nail.
