Kelly is a true artist! She has been doing my nails for over 3 years now and I have moved over 50 miles away and have tried a local salon without luck. I will drive 100+ miles if needed just to have her expert touch! All the people at Oscar are awesome! True nail artists!! I love Oscar Nails.

The first time I went here it was great! Super happy. I just left after a gel pedicure and I could have done a better job my self. The polish wasn’t even. She kept hitting my wet nails with the dryer causing an uneven color. She kept yelling at me to help her. Not sure what I was supposed to help with? Then she over changed by $10. The price sheet said $30 but I was charged an extra $10. When I ask why she said that is the price. Then don’t have a menu that doesn’t reflect your accurate prices. VERY dissatisfied and won’t be back.

Always gets me in, even with short notice. Sometimes I have to bring my daughter with, and they are very accommodating. They are able to to different shapes for nails and full sets are always perfect. Not too thick, not too thin, and shaped just right. Love it here!

I had my nails done here about 2 weeks ago, day after they were done they started to peel. I went back last week and thought I would mention this, give them another chance, my nails look nothing like the picture I showed them, they are very thick and longer than when I went in. I did also mention the peeling and that was not even addressed. Will not be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo I had come into the salon and asked for a gel fill with 4 marble nail designs and the rest pink matte. Ahead of time I had shown a picture of what I wanted and it was explained that it could be done on my nails. As it was time to do the marble the nail technician changed her mind and said she could mimic the design but not do exactly what was asked which was fine. However, when she attempted to do the marble the nail just looked like it had a crack in it and she was going to leave it like that. I explained that’s not what I wanted and if it wasn’t something she could do could we figure something out. She proceeded to ignore the comment because there was someone else waiting behind me to get their nails done. So she decided to only make all my nails just matte so that we could be done. At this point I was disappointed and just felt rush and unwanted so I just decided to pay and leave. However, I sat in the car and really looked at what she did do and that was mediocre as well. The matte white was already dirty and the pink was chunky and had gotten on my skin as well. I understand that there was a wait behind me but you have to be willing to accommodate ALL your customers. So, I went back in and the technician was already working on someone else so I showed multiple other employees my nails and there’s was no apology or partial refund I was just taken to the back where another technician attempted to fix the nails but really didn’t do much but put another coat on and try to scrape the polish off my skin. Overall I felt like I wasn’t a valued customer because I was rushed and didn’t get a chance to get anything similar to what I wanted. Ahead of time I had shown a picture of what I wanted and it was explained that it could be done on my nails.
