First time coming here. They were opened earlier than the other local salons which is what I needed. They took me as a walk in which was nice and super accommodating. The staff are rude and if you point out something you don’t like about your nails and want them to fix them, they will get upset and give you an attitude. I have tried to give them many chances by going back over and over again and every time I go there I have a bad experience. I thought I was being paranoid thinking they are racist and they only treat white old people with respect but after reading other reviews I realized I was right.

Absolutely horrible place, rude staff and they only care about their regulars. They constantly talk about you and laugh at you. I like to test salons out by doing a regular manicure, they were so bad and so rude I was shocked. I paid by credit and gave her 40% tipp and they charged me for using a credit card ontop and when I said what is this charge they said tax! It wasn’t tax it was credit card fees they pay when they use credit cards. I mean seriously over a 30/40 cents you’re going to lie and bother a customer??? And then after she took her tip she pointed me to the drying section and left. Didn’t give the massage everyone else got, didn’t say thank you. Did a horrible job and then when I was leaving they didn’t but even say bye . You’re a business you should have manners and know how to treat people. If you offer credit card services deal with the fees. Very shady, cheap and tacky place. You can’t run after a few pennies over a new or repeat customer. Never going back, and wouldn’t born recommend this place. There are plenty of other salons there , I suggest you go there.

POC beware! Had the most horrible experience at this nail salon. The lady that I got was rushing when doing my pedicure even though I got there 1.5 hours before closing. She kept looking around, talking to other people, not paying attention. She was doing a horrible job. She left my toenail super uneven and when I pointed it out, she said that she would just file it later. She then got up and pulled my arm aggressively back to the chair to re-do my nail.

Just tried this place for the first time and am pleasantly surprised. I found everyone friendly and the girl I used was named GIGI. I had actually thought I would need a whole new set of acrylics but this girl was so honest and so good that she was able to correct the mess made by the previous place i had used saving me an additional expense.
