Took my 4 year old daughter here for her first haircut and we could not have been happier with the experience. The haircut came out beautifully and most importantly, Katie was so kind, sweet, and patient with my daughter to ensure that she had a great first experience. My daughter left with a big smile! Also, the salon is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of chagrin falls. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was super kind as well even when I had to reschedule.
