Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI really liked this place until my appointments started getting canceled. I have grey hair that comes in quickly so when my 5 week appt got canceled because of illness, that was bad, but after waiting 8weeks and getting canceled on AGAIN by a different colorist being sick and right before Thanksgiving that was the tipping point. I dont feel valued as a customer and I feel like they should’ve done whatever they could to get me in. My regular stylist is Katie and while she does a great job, she is often so busy she cuts corners like not cleaning the color off my ears and letting me go out like that. I really liked this place until my appointments started getting canceled. I have grey hair that comes in quickly so when my 5 week appt got canceled because of illness, that was bad, but after waiting 8weeks and getting canceled on AGAIN by a different colorist being sick and right before Thanksgiving that was the tipping point. Mariah was absolutely fantastic!!! I had full highlights and a cut. I could not be happier with my cut. Mariah did such an awesome job. She listened carefully to understand what I wanted and asked perfect questions for clarification. I am so thankful for the perfect face-framing and bang cut. I will definitely be going back and happy to have found a new a stylist and salon.

I have always had short hair and usually get my haircut every 3-4 weeks. After quarantining for over 100 days, Paul had not only never cut my hair before, but also had to deal with over three months of missed haircuts. He did and continues to do a phenomenal job! This salon is incredibly clean and adheres to the recommended CDC guidelines. I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Silvena is my go-to and she always does my hair (both color and cut) perfectly every time. Not only is she an incredibly talented hair stylist, she is also a wonderful person who I love talking to and consider a great friend after all of these years. When she took time off after having each of her kids, I went to other stylists there (Melanie and Paul) who both did an amazing job. I don’t think there is a stylist at OS2 that isn’t great at what they do. Highly recommend!
