Critical: ProfessionalismI was charged $25.00 for one fuse and was told it was non returnable. I was desperate and needed it so I coughed up that amount. It’s hard to support local businesses when they clean my wallet the way they did at this store. Had I known any better I would have taken my business to Grover.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismBeen in contact with the Owners sense June. Was promised they would make it to my house as my sole heat is wood heat, my chimney was installed “new” last year but it’s installed incorrectly, so I’ve been patient waiting waiting waiting calling back constantly being lied to. Told they have been trying to contact me when that’s just not true. Now winter is setting in my chimney is not functional and I haven’t gotten anyone else lined up to do it because I’ve been promised that I would be taken care of. Just to get dropped like trash at the beginning of winter. Rude customer service, they have treated my elderly mother so badly when she’s kindly been trying to employ their services all spring summer and fall. Been in contact with the Owners sense June. Was promised they would make it to my house as my sole heat is wood heat, my chimney was installed “new” last year but it’s installed incorrectly, so I’ve been patient waiting waiting waiting calling back constantly being lied to. Told they have been trying to contact me when that’s just not true. Positive: CommunicationI went to Orleys for a special order hearth. They called, and got me a price right away. I went to another store in town, and it took 20 minutes to speak with someone. He told me he couldn’t call for a price until the afternoon. At this point I didn’t care about a price difference, I went back to Orleys and ordered it, just because their customer service was MUCH better. I went to Orleys for a special order hearth. They called, and got me a price right away. I went to another store in town, and it took 20 minutes to speak with someone. He told me he couldn’t call for a price until the afternoon. At this point I didn’t care about a price difference, I went back to Orleys and ordered it, just because their customer service was MUCH better.
