Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been to Orlando’s twice now – once for a pretty basic haircut with some long layers, and once for my first ever highlights. The first time I went was because they were the only ones that could accommodate a same day appointment, and I was pleasantly surprised with my haircut. I was a bit nervous because honestly the salon doesn’t look like much on the outside, but Orlando listened to what I wanted, gave a few suggestions, and then went to work, and I absolutely loved the results. My hair looked great and he had listened to what I wanted but also incorporated his experience/skill with what looks good since I am not know for my stylishness The second time I went there, I didn’t realize it was the same place I had been before, but again they were the only ones who could do an appointment on short notice. I’d never had any hair coloring done before so I didn’t exactly know what I wanted but Vicky worked with me, I showed her a few pictures of what I thought I wanted and she made some suggestions, and she gave me the most gorgeous highlights. I love the way my hair looks, I can’t stop looking at it and neither can my husband. I was really nervous to get the highlights since I didn’t know it all what I needed to say or ask for, but Vicky made sure to check with me at every step to make sure I liked what she was planning. I’ve been to Orlando’s twice now – once for a pretty basic haircut with some long layers, and once for my first ever highlights. The first time I went was because they were the only ones that could accommodate a same day appointment, and I was pleasantly surprised with my haircut.
