You fill out a form before you go back for your massage in order to identify areas you wish to have worked and I clearly circled upper back/shoulders and feet. The therapist addressed back/shoulder/cervical regions only and the worst part was I was face down for the entire hour! My sinuses were clogged and my face felt distorted following the massage. Lack of time management and knowledge regarding positioning were unfortunately issues. I would not recommend. I am also editing the review In order to report that the owner never followed up with me via email as she stated in her response to my review…Which is not a problem because I had no intention on returning. The response from her lacks honesty and integrity which I believe is the foundation for good business practice.

The attentiveness of Abby the massage therapist I had was amazing. It was hands down THE BEST massage I have gotten in my life. She was thorough in the pre massage consult, asking where she should/shouldn’t focus. She sought out my trouble spots and went on a mission to release the tension built up in them. I have had upper back issues and restless legs syndrome for quite some time. After just one visit to Abigail at Origins of Wellness, I woke up the following day with virtually no pain! The pressure was perfect, and she made sure I was comfortable all the way through. She always asked me if I was still OK with the pressure she was applying and if I would be ok if she added a little more pressure. It was an extremely relaxing experience and in the end, I felt like a new person ready to take on the world. Truly satisfying service and grateful to have found Abigail. I am already looking forward to my next appointment. 100% recommend this place!

It was my first time at Origins of Wellness. I had a custom facial. I’ve never had a “relaxing” facial before and Melissa did great! She was so friendly and explained each step of the process. The receptionist was also very welcoming. I will definitely refer friends and family and can’t wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I went in for a deep massage for his birthday. We each saw Kristine and we enjoyed the session. Kristine is really sweet and very knowledgeable, She has a great personality and makes you laugh. After we left we just wanted to go home and nap. I recommend this place and their friendly staff.

Critical: CommunicationI had a massage and facial booked for my wife as a surprise for Mother’s Day. I booked over a week ahead of time and got a call a couple days before it telling me they had to cancel. Apparently they let me book with someone who is not even available at the location right now. The receptionist was polite but could only offer me a reschedule for the next week. This does not work as we have a child at home and have to make arrangements much ahead of time. I cancelled my appointment and will not be doing business with them. I do not understand how you can allow someone to book an appointment that isn’t available. There were multiple other time slots at the time of booking and I gladly would have taken one of those instead. The staff at Origins are always friendly and so helpful. The facility is spotless, warm and welcoming. Each room has a different feel, very embracing, not clinical at all. Vanessa always takes great care of my concerns, and it such a treat to see her, and leave feeling relaxed and balanced. I highly reccomend Origins. They will take excellent care of you!
