I got my nails done here for the first time and my tech was Taylor. SHE IS FANTASTIC! She is so detailed in her work, honestly have NEVER been happier with my nails. Definitely will see her again! And the other staff was very friendly. Place was beautiful and clean. Nothing but great things to say! Can’t wait until my next appointment!

I am so disappointed. I have been going for the last 4 months in preparation for my wedding. Today, I went in to get a pedicure, with an appointment that had been on record for a while, for the wedding and honeymoon, and they were rude, short, pushy, and rushed through it. I kept trying to find out when they could start, after 20 minutes, they put me in a chair, were agitated and rude about it. I said I had hoped to be out by the time they set up my appointment for and that I was busy. They made it seem like they could handle “squeezing me in” and then rushed through it and did a terrible job. My pedicure looks terrible, it’s got bubbles and misshapen. I feel so disrespected by the staff there. Tracy is the only kind worker that actually does a good job.

Horrible experience. Came on time to my appointment at 1:30pm, they sat me down, moved me for someone else (spot was covered with nail overflow items off the shelf) and never updated me when I’d be able to get my nails done! Left at 1:55pm after no one said a word!
