Raul has been cutting my husbands hair for way over a decade & he WONT go to anyone else. He is a talented barber for sure. My husband is always 100% satisfied after getting his hair cut. There are many reason why my husband has been such a loyal customer. His wife Nikki is THE BEST at styling, coloring & and cutting hair. She does it all! She is very attentive, super friendly, she is such a great listener & just great vibes all around. I’m super pleased that she does my hair. The studio is located in a great area of West Reading. Just recently the man came in on a monday (off day) to cut my hair and i was unaware it was even his off day. That’s just one exceptional example of his customer service.
