Hi, I booked my appointment online with Jessica but when i got there a girl name Tiffany welcomed me and when i asked she said that she will do my massage. She was very nice and very polite and was asking and concerned about the pressure. She gave me a very good service. It was my first time at this place. Very nice light relaxing music and clean and warm place. The bed was heated and very cozy rooms with cozy lights. Will come back and bring my daughters here. Thank you.

This massage business is reliable and relaxing. I have gotten around 10 massages in the last two months here. The masseuses are attentive and they default to a hard or firm massage. If you do not prefer that, like I don’t, then you simply say too hard or gentle please, and they follow suit. Jessica the owner is very responsive and accommodating with scheduling and very kind.

I was there about a month ago for weekday morning massage scheduled the evening before. Nobody was at reception. The woman who “took” me didn’t ask my name, seemed harried. She mistakenly assumed I was a walk in. She left 5 minutes into the massage. I was puzzled & asked to speak to a manager. She put me through to an English speaking woman on the phone. I got my massage, but it was weird. Not sure I’d go back.

My husband went there for a massage. He said the masseuse phone was vibrating as she was texting while using one hand to massage. And was doing it constantly while she was on his feet rubbing it too. Very unprofessional. This was a bday treat for him. I say please don’t use your phones while working with a client. Especially we pay for services like a massage which means both hands are needed! Also they didn’t speak English there only the front receptionist did. Lack of communication too.
