Walk-ins are welcomed. I brought myself and my two young daughters in. They got their toes and nails painted and I got a full pedicure and my nails painted. I would have liked to get a full manicure with hand massage but I think they misunderstood what we wanted and forgot about me and my fingernails. I got up and asked if I could just paint my nails myself after waiting quite awhile with no one coming to do them. Then the young girl apologized and painted them for me. All together we spent about $85 plus tip. I will go to another nail salon next time.

I got a manicure the first time then I brought my own polish for the second visit which was a pedicure. Btw the polish they have looked dusty on the bottles. The guy did my eyebrows he gossips a lot and talk’s about the patrons. This place a wildly over priced and my eye brows were uneven I go somewhere else now. The guy does mostly everything and if you ask me those girls are being mistreated, the one lady Gina came with me outside -to tell something that the owner said that was not nice about me getting my nails dried when I brought my own polish. $20 to get my toes painted with my own polish and I didn’t want to ask the price, I figured that was more than enough.

Last time I visited with my mom with both got manicure and pedicure before a wedding and were there for 3 hours which is insane but it was later in the day so I chalked it up to a bad time to go. Today I visited around 10 am and got a standard pedicure. Not gel. It was $35! That is outrageous. Basic pedicure no one asked if I wanted my nails cut or file she just started cutting. There are so many other places in the area I’ll be sure to go to next time

I’ve gone here for years with my mom and we’ve gone a few times after change in management. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the woman who did my refill, but it’s only been one day and one of my nails has already chipped. And this is gel acrylic! Not only that, the whole process from acrylic to gel application was sloppy and I could tell the entire time she was NOT attentive nor seemed like she cared. I told her once to please make sure she puts the polish on the WHOLE nail and now it came out totally uneven. You can also see for yourself in the images the several places on my cuticle that she hit with the drill. At one point she was checking to see if my nail lengths were even with the drill STILL ON in her hand… I pulled my hands away because she was so close to hitting my hand with the drill!! Louis is very nice and I know his business is still in the growing phase, so you really have to be careful about the quality that your customers are getting. I hope it will be better soon. There is more I can say but I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

I got my refill done on a Monday. By Tuesday the gel polish was starting to peel off my nails. It is now Friday, and periodically throughout the week my nails have been falling apart. The acrylic is horrible and does not last!! Neither does the gel! I have never had a full set not last me less than three weeks minimum. I will not be returning. As polite as the staff may be they need to not use cheap products. Go elsewhere.

I was at this location recently. I would come here again for the pedicure. They took their time and did an excellent job. Make sure you call for an appointment. I walked in from being out of town and had a long wait between the pedicure & manicure. I always get dip done in my nails. The gentleman was very nice who did them. My only problem is that he was rushing through it way to fast, smeared the polish then had to redo parts of them. There are still spots that are missed. I would have stayed longer to have him fix it but I was already there over 2 hours and had plans that I couldn’t be late for.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueHad an appointment for 6 pm and I had to be done by 7. They were only able to do 1/2 the pedicure bc they started at 6:45. Left after 7, almost missed my other appointment. When I got home, I noticed my nails were all smudged bc she put my socks on before they were sufficiently dried. I called the next day, they said they would fix it. Drove 25 minutes there after work, they fixed it (still doesn’t look good, but at least it’s not smudged anymore) and when I went to leave, they charged me another $15!!!
