Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHello to the reader that is reading this. I had a very bad experience In this nail shop. I had broke a nail and I needed it done for an event I have to attend the next day. So instead of going to my nail salon all the way in Northfield I went here. I was a walk on so it did take some time for me to be seated. When they was ready for I sat my hand in a dirty glass of acetone I assumed it was. The glass was very nasty. When it was time to take off the rest of the old nail I had because was acrylic still there. Instead of her soak it off the pain less Way. She ripped it off with a sharp cutting object. And a nail tip. After I said she was hurting me she didn’t say nothing and just laughed it off. When she went again to take my nail off with the sharp object she stabbed my very thin natural nail blood was coming out of it and this lady decided to put it back in the acetone so my nail was during to death. That should of been a sign for my to leave but no I ended up staying. So it’s all off amd it’s time for my nail to be fixed. I had a light pink to a baby blue powder ombré they didn’t have it so I said can we just do the whole with diamonds they said of course let’s do it. She was gonna charge me $3 for diamonds and $3 for the repair. After she is done with the acrylic it was time for the diamonds she gave me the whole bucket and told my to pick I said can we do they while nail like we agreed she was like no that’s to much no no no no. So I’m looking at her like for real we said whole finger. When she started to put the diamonds she mad it look like an un side down T. Then she asked me do I want my eyebrows done my brows are perfectly fine. She just wanted more money.But please DO NOT GO HERE the lady who did my nail I don’t know her name but she has no teeth that’s all I knowHello to the reader that is reading this.
