I desperately needed a massage today because I have a migraine from tension. I called them and they said to come on in. When I got there they made me pay and tip up front which was a bit odd. I tipped 10% with the mindset that I would just tip cash the rest of what I felt I wanted to tip after the massage. I went and got undressed in the room and then the masseuse came in and told me to get dressed. So I got redressed and put my glasses on so I could see- she had brought my credit card receipt back to me and wrote 20% tip next to it. I pointed at the sign on the wall that says they aren’t supposed to ask for tips and she said no no- must tip. So I begrudgingly increased my tip before I even received my massage because I seriously needed a massage. Normally I would be annoyed by that but would move on- however, she stopped so many times to go text on her phone, stop and go see who was at the door etc, that I would not have willingly left a 20% tip. My headache has not gotten better because it really wasn’t a good massage either so now I will have to find someone available later this week. Also, she ended up scratching my scalp so hard with her fingernails it is still hurting and I have red marks all over my head. Will never go back and do not recommend!

The worst massage in NWA, they charge tip like 30%. She wasn’t satisfied with 10$ tip. For a 60$ massage they want tip of 20$. They have some image in phone and showing as of it’s standard tip. Never ever I am gonna go here again and will same recommend for my friends as well.

Returned today for my partner and I to get much needed massages. Again was relaxing, knots worked out and felt wonderful when finished. We will be back. Paid upfront and added my tip as well cause it was a spontaneous decision to go.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star.. this place was a little sketchy to my partner and I. They made us pay up front and wouldn’t let us leave until we tipped them which is very rude for anyone to do. Will not be back and I will not recommend this place for anyone. Also we felt very violated as I felt the lady was rubbing my butt the entire time.. yes rubbing not even massaging. Yikes!

Massage was great! At fist I didn’t want to get a massage there because the lady was a bit rude. She started saying as we walked in “pay me” “pay me”, and i didn’t like that because we knew we are supposed to pay. We weren’t asking for a free massage. In the massage room there is a small sign that says masseuses are not allowed to ask for tips yet as my husband and I are walking out both masseuses came to us with a business card and on the back of it they wrote “TIP” i gave them $10 dollars $5 dollars for each and they were not happy. That’s why I’m only giving 3 stars.
