they area scammers !i walked in for 1 hour massage they took me in into room quickly .,Massage was good but than after 25 minutes massage she told me that she has appointment and today will be only 30 minutes next time we can do 1 hour…There was another therapist and no new clients so i thought that she will take over but no .Than at check out price for 30 minutes massage was 50$ and for 60 $ minutes -60 $..i wished she had told me that before they want you to scam you into half an hour massage for almost full price…nobody told me up front that they will have only 30 minutes time i ordered for 1 hour and than after 20 minutes Therapist told me that we can do only 30 minutes today ///60 minutes is only 10 $ more …

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI walked out on my massage, or rather lack of. Do not waste your time or money at this makeshift parlor, it was a joke! I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment and I could come in 30 minutes, they said no problem. When I arrived I was placed a room and waited over 20 minutes. As customary you have a brief consultation about what areas you need worked on. After 10 minutes I stopped the woman and reminded her and showed I needed attention in my shoulders and neck. She went back to rubbing my shoulder blades and other areas that weren’t even muscles basically working my bones. After 20 minutes I again turned over and said could you please work my neck and my shoulders as this is where I have pain daily from my job. She proceeded to tell me that her hands were too tired and that she could not do it. I asked for the manager or boss and they said they were not there. She got rude and proceeded to tell me I needed to pay $20 for the 20 minutes. At this point I don’t care and simply wanted to leave so I agreed. Seriously, what kind of business is this? Hit or miss. Been here two times. First one was an AMAZING massage. Hit good pressure points. Asked to focus on the neck to help with headaches. Was great.

Very pleasant atmosphere, relaxing and clean. I found my massage therapist Anna to be very knowledgeable and easily able to identify the areas causing me pain. She was able to pin point the exact pressure point areas and worked through my tightness to provide the relief I needed. I don’t agree with the previous review that they don’t apply enough pressure, this was just as deep as any deep tissue massage I have ever had. I will say you can’t come in for an oriental massage and expect a swedish spa massage experience. They are completely different. I would recommend to anyone needing pain relief or relaxation.

I asked for a 60 minute massage and for them to work on my legs and feet she worked on my back for about 20 minutes and I spent $60… My whole point is is if you don’t have time or you’re overbooked just say so and don’t say oh we’re taking walk-ins right now
