extremely unprofessional First they never asked what type of massage I wanted when I first called to make the appointment I called two other times to confirm my appointment and both times she acting as if she did not care Good morning of the appointment I tried to call to tell her that the company shuttle that I which is my only means for transportation was going to be a little late I assumed I was going to have an hour and massage so it would be all right I would just have to pay for a couple minutes that I lost however they never answered the phone when I called when I arrived no one was at the front desk so I sat down approximately 5 minutes later she comes in and tells me that my appointment was canceled because I am 20 minutes late I told her I tried to call and she said she saw that I tried to call but nobody was there to answer the phone and she did not have time for me I stated that she never even asked what kind of massage I wanted or how long and she said that she’s said I wanted the 30 minute massage I said you never asked
