I wish I could choose 0 stars, for feeling violated and for the rudeness!!! These people are not massage therapist. They were semi-professional mineral oil appliers. Let me start from the very beginning. We called this place to set up an appointment, and right after we hung up the phone she sent me a text message that said “we have beautiful girls do very good massage welcome to come thanks ” I had to laugh at that text because why in the world do you feel like you need to let people know that yall have beautiful girls? I thought that was weird. So when we got there we had to pay first (which is out of the norm when you go to a massage spot), and then she told us that there was a credit card fee of $5 which is fine and understandable but then she said it will be $10….WAIT WHAT? So when I asked why is it $10 the lady said it’s in the policy…WHAT? So I asked “are you swiping my card twice because it’s a couples massage?” She said no, the $5.00 fee is per hour….WHAT? So $130 later we go into the couples room that was not set up, we had to watch the lady set the room up. There was no where to put our clothes. When we were taking our clothes off the lady knocked on the door and my husband said “wait a minute I’m not ready”, but she still came in. So we both got on our separate tables and one lady started working on me but the other lady working on my husband was not in the room yet. When she did finally come in, she snatched the towel off of his back side and walked out of the room without saying a word. Needless to say my husband was butt naked and exposed without any reason as to why. When she came back in the room she threw a sheet half way over him at first, but then later completely removed it again. He felt like the so called massage that she gave him was the type of massage that he would give me in bedroom (but he would have done a better job). So the whole time he was completely exposed which is not normal because most spots will only expose the area that they are working on at that moment….here that is not the case. So the lady asked my husband to turn around onto his back, she was nice enough to give him a towel at this point. She rubs his head not really doing anything but messing up his hair and rubbing his ears. She really took it over board when she walked to my husbands feet, spread my husband’s legs open and got in between them while she placed her hands on his groin area, applying pressure I guess, and at the same time she would lean in deep into his groin with her whole body…she was too close for comfort for me. It took everything in me to not kick this women across the room. Needless to say my husband said he definitely felt violated and he thinks that she was getting an arousal out of all of this.

I had a great experience here this morning. My hotel I stayed in last night had a very soft bed and I woke up very sore and stiff. Found this little gem of a spa and got a terrific massage. Therapist treated with respect. After massage offered me water and candy. Very sweet woman. I will be back when I’m in Hilton Head again. Ready for the road now.

You are not getting a “real” massage. I get professional massages almost weekly and can tell you that not one professional technique was used. I would liken this to the type of a massage that one spouse would give to another.

I called in advance to schedule a one hour massage for a group of six and was told that they could accommodate us by brining in staff from another location as long as we came early. We showed up for the scheduled appointment 10 minutes early at which time we were told there were only two employees and they were not prepared for us. The lady was very rude and did not even attempt to try provide the appropriate customer service.
