While the woman was super super sweet… it was the most unrelaxing massage of my life. The woman was taking care of personal matters and asked me if I could wait 10 mins.. I said yes, no big deal, but then she walked out several times to help other customers. Like I said, she was so nice but my 3 year old massages harder, she just rubbed back and forth applying no pressure whatsoever and then did random things to each part of my body with no consistency . Her phone rang and she answered it and walked out. At some points she even only massaged with one hand and I could hear her sending text messages. She ended my massage early as well bc another person came in ( which she stopped my massage for to go check him into his room) I wanted to tell her to stop and give me my money back but she didn’t speak barely any English and I wasn’t prepared to argue while being naked under a sheet.I couldn’t enjoy it at all because I was so irritated.

The girl took text messages during my massage I ignored it twice and then when the phone rang she stepped out and took a phone call very unprofessional. I did go back a second time to be disappointing again. It was not a massage, it was more like the girl just rubbed lotion on my body.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWe had appointments for four last week. When we arrived there it was only one masseuse we ended up leaving because they were giving us answers I just didn’t add up!About two months before I had gone there with my daughters had a reservation of course like always and they pulled the same unprofessional behavior!Me and my friends have had a horrible experience and ended up working out. I will never return to this place again. There are so many legitimate foot spas within that same area please don’t even bother trying this place out it’s just now and you’ll only get Aggravation and lies!!!We had appointments for four last week.
