Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualitySo I get in and immediately they tell me they cannot do a foot massage. Ok. Your sign out front is “foot spa”, but whatever, a back massage sounds great, so I go ahead with it. It was an excellent massage. Everything was great until I went to pay. They demanded a cash tip. Ok. I told them, “hold on, I’ll be right back. My husband has cash. I go get cash and give them a 20% tip…gave her a $20 and asked for $12 back. She gives me a 10 and 2 $5’s. I asked for 5 one dollar bills and they looked at me like I was nuts! She demanded that I give her “more tip”! They ASK for more money and treat the tip that you DO give them like a penny. Lady, I gave you a 20% tip! That is a compliment! And it’s highly disrespectful to ask for more! I will never be back. Also, I have never written a Google review, but this has me so heated. Massage was meh, customer service was horrible!! They were yelling at and harrassing me and my friend that we must give a 20% tip. We didn’t feel they deserved that much!! Will never fo back!
