I was there for my Birthday in August 20222. I was having problems with a pinched nerve in my back an stressed out from my 4 hr drive. When I left I was very relaxed an my pinched nerve in my back was gone. I was amazed. I will be back.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityREAD: i set up an appointment for 6 i get there for 5:50 and when i walked in the first thing i see is one of the laddies was sleeping on the bed and didn’t bother to be woke untill another employee did. They were uterly confused on what i wanted even tho i already made an appointment on what i wanted. They told me to go one way wich was the back closet than laughed then guided me to the “right room.” i had a female with me and the amount of unprofession was sad. BEFORE i even got into a room they told me i had to pay cash or card. And wouldnt let me enter unless i paid first. I left. Do not go. The massage was good. I wasn’t expecting them to walk on my back and use hot stones it was surprisingly nice. The only downside was the credit card machine didn’t work, and they didn’t know how to fix it (pay first if you can or bring cash.) they kept my I’d and told me to go to the bank. I wasn’t the only one that day. Not sure if that’s a 1 time thing or they just don’t care to fix it… Oh and parking is horrible.

Oh wow, this was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had!!! I asked for a deep tissue “hard” full body and you could tell she didn’t know what she was doing. It seemed as though she was training but not comfortable or experienced. And after she was mad that I didn’t tip well. She fussed at me in Chinese. I won’t be going back.

I would have given zero stars.well I got a gift certificate for Christmas I missed placed the certificate about three weeks later I went looking for it couldn’t find it so I went up there asking them if they stored it in there computer the lady could barely speak english and I ask for her to look the recipe up she said they don’t keep track of that so I asked her can I get my foot and back massage she said no because I didn’t have the certificate I said so you get a free 70 dollars and I’m out of my massages and my man is out of his money she said yes..ok any reasonable busy keeps track of there gift certificates and recipes in there computer just in case the customer miss places it our loses it that away they can look it up and see if it was used..I will never recommend this place too know one.
