Scheduled a simple foot massage as I have poor circulation. I chose this location because the good reviews and convince. I realize there aren’t reviews on foot massages and only body so take that into account. Woman who worked on my feet did a poor job. Did not do the same on both and used her nails. At one point I wanted to get up and leave but decided to wait it out and see if I would be wrong. I wasn’t. She did not even massage the top of my feet or toes.

Started off decent, then just went downhill. My masseuse didn’t ask me if the temperature for the hot stones was too hot. It was. She also didn’t apply pressure at all, it was a weak massage and a waste of money. To top it off, she answered the phone mid massage and rubbed me with one hand. There’s a reason why this place is cheaper than other places lol pay the fee and get your money’s worth. They don’t have a clue what professionalism or comfort is. Worst couples massage I’ve ever done. Smh.

First let me start by saying that I have always had great massages here, always done by Lilly. The facility is very clean. Today I went in for a much needed massage and met with someone new. She literally fell asleep while massaging my feet. I felt terrible for her – she was exhausted which has me wondering how much she is working. Massage terrible but I also left feeling terrible for the masseuse. Communicating with her was terrible- she didn’t understand a thing. I gave her more than generous tip because I felt terrible for her. Here’s hoping for a better time next time.
