This massage makes you feel like you’ve been beaten to death but in a good way. The full body massage is good. Deep pressure not for wimps. Drink a lot of water. I went in and came out of another dimension. Full body massage and feet massage. 45min of out of body experience.

These guys used to be the best deal in town it was always around $1 a minute no matter what you did. So used to be packed all the time …now They’ve raised their price big time now they are empty… you guys want to stay busy you should lower your prices again back to how they used to be.

I love this foot and body massage. The massage is always consistently great, no matter who is working. I usually just swing in and someone is available. It is a bit hard to get an appt, I do t think their phones work often. This place is a great treat and has helped keep my foot issues away.

I need to say this from the get go. This is not a gentle massage. They will work your muscles with firm, deep pressure. If you want a gentle massage, this is not a good fit for you. However, I love this place. You can stop in anytime the mall is open and get a massage. No appointment needed. They offer 10-60 minute massage. Even two massages at the same time, where one is giving you a foot massage while another massages the rest of your body. The reason I love them the most is because they use deep tissue massage to really work those sore muscles. They charge around a $1 per minute, and have a card you can get stamped for free minutes on your next visit once you fill it. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here probably 5 times. I’m in love with it! Its walk in so you don’t have to wait. Its affordable too but you will be so satisfied at times you’ll make up for it by leaving a generous tip. Today’s massage included almost a type of assisted yoga. I highly recommend Oriental Chi. I feel completely refreshed and 10 years younger! I hope they never leave because I’m spoiled since they are a five minute drive for me. Try the two person. Its only $109 but please leave a good tip.

I’ll give this 2 stars because the place was clean, I was able to get in immediately without waiting, and the guys were nice/polite/friendly. BUT! I honestly cannot rate the massage itself because I’m still trying to decide to-what-level I hated it. My 10 minute chair massage started immediately, without any “consultation.” I tried twice to point out a small problem area in my shoulder, but was never acknowledged. A second masseuse immediately started “massaging” my left arm by quickly moving up and down my arm with both his hands, pinching hard! I asked for lighter pressure from both him and the person working on my back, but was ignored. The guy working on my arm stopped after about 30 seconds of pinching, and told me that if he continued it would be an additional $12 charge — I said no. He accepted that, slapped my arm about 6 times, and walked away. LOL! I truly believe this gesture was intended to be a friendly “pat” on my arm, like a goodbye, but he literally hit my arm so hard it made a slapping sound on my bare skin. Ouch! As far as the actual massage — I asked for lighter pressure 3 separate times in 10 minutes and never received relief. I worked in a spa for 9 years, and have had many amazing massages — I hate to say it, but this gentleman did not seem to be trained. I thought several times that I should get up and walk out; now I’m sorry I didn’t. The pain I’ve been in for the past 24 hours is similar to a time when I fell backward, landing hard! on my back, while hiking. I really hate to complain like this, but my concern is for the safety of your clientele! This service was poorly executed, and if I had to guess, both masseuses had little-to-no knowledgeable of the muscles they were working on. Additionally, the gentleman working on my back was unable to conduct a massage that provided both the correct amount of pressure needed for the service to be enjoyable and relaxing, but also the appropriate amount of pressure needed to properly relieve the small knot in my shoulder. I would not return, nor would I recommend this business. If you are seeking massage, I highly recommend you spend the extra money to go to a nice, professional day-spa; and know that proper treatment of your body in massage is super important! A bad massage can be worse for you than having no massage at all…

I have been a faithful customer for over a year now and I am immensely disturbed by a recent chain of events with this business. Let first say that there are some masseuse’s who are very good, but it is a system where no one individual gets any recognition for doing good work. The reason I’m giving this only 1 star is because of their dishonesty. Originally, when they started with their punch cards you got a punch for every 10 minutes. Evidently this changed, but no one working there bothers to tell anyone, claiming they don’t understand what you are asking. It’s always perplexed me and I think consumer’s need to start speaking with their wallets. The worker marked a date that had already been stamped instead of stamping a new circle and I called him out on it, and they pleaded, they didn’t know what I was saying. I thought I’d give them 1 more try, walked in and they were busy, but no one said, be with you in a minute, or we have a 20 min. wait, try the other location in the mall. I left, telling them I would try the location by the food court. I recognized it was one of the workers that literally does the same move the entire 10 minutes, so I left. Went back again for that last try and asked for 20 minutes. Thinking 10 I would pay for and 10 would be my free one, and they said to me, come back and use the free one the next time. Please. speak with your wallet and don’t go here, let them know we value customer service, loyalty and honesty in Broomfield. I am just puzzled why it seems they are trying to displease me, I always leave a very generous tip, I even talk a little Chinese I pick up on at my job. All I can think is, I discovered that a masseuse named William, who is very good, and I started requesting him and I don’t think they liked that. Everyone is equal don’t ya know. I find it interesting how there are no responses from the owners for any of the dissatisfied reviews. No responses at all. I have noticed this pattern in nail salons too, they don’t listen to you, it’s like you have no voice in these businesses. They make no effort to try and understand what you are asking and they don’t seem to care what the customer has to say anyway. More recently, the quality of the masseuse’s has gone way down and I am certain there are people working there with no massage experience whatsoever.

Not a good experience. The therapist was falling asleep while working on my foot. Did not give even time between the feet. Did not feel like reflexogy at all. Just rubbing the same spot over and over again. English is poor. Saw another therapist looking at his phone while giving a massage to someone who was laying face down when I was leaving the place. I have been a massage therapist for over 13 years and honestly say this is not a good place. The only thing I can say is the ambience is nice. I don’t know what the other therapists are like but this guy I had sucked!

Such a horrible experience, I feel the person who gave me the massage was unable to follow my instructions and did not have proper training. I suppose this is what happens when you go to a mall for a massage instead of a standard massage place. Lesson learnt!
