We got scammed. We said 30 minutes chair massage for$38. I felt like it was going long and when we got done it was $116 plus tip that he was sticking in the jar saying tip? Turns out they had told my boyfriend I had asked for 15 minutes more and I hadn’t I never said one word. He couldn’t understand them and wasn’t sure what they had said until we went to pay and the requested cash.

I was hustled in this place. Came in with a gift certificate and left owing them a lot extra. Was pushy about getting a tip too. Was expecting a massage by one person, then another comes over. I had been to so many different places for deep tissue massage and then I ended up here and meeting WYN (Win) and it was like she knew and sensed where my pain spots were and she worked those areas more. I NEVER left there feeling unsatisfied! She even scratched my head! I know for a fact that she has massage me more than my 20min table massage if the job wasn’t done and she NEVER said anything to me about it. She doesn’t speak English too well so I usually would text her and make sure she was working before going up there. My daughter went as well and she was so very happy with her too! Before I had back surgery this lady gave me a lot of much needed pain relief- and there is not amount of money you can put on that! I won’t go anywhere else! Went with my friends to get massages done for my bday . We are 3 stay at home moms , one is a single parent of 3 kids and the other who’s never been out to get a massage , the massages were definitely hardcore rough if your looking to relax and sleep for 30mis this is not the place . I gave it 3 stars because they didn’t ask what type of massage we prefer like other places do and when we went to pay the lady got super snarky over the fact that my friend who never goes to places like these and didnt know how things work didnt leave a tip she asked her very loudly ” NO TIP ” And then turned to coworkers cussing her out in native language with disgust in her eyes it made me super uncomfortable so I left a tip for all 3 of us . We wont go back theres so many other options they need to understand that bad customer service is no customers …. anyways rant over …
