Booked a couples massage online with a friend. They had no idea about it and we had to confirm every detail for 20 minutes. Had to have me speak to the manager on the phone to confirm more(even while we were changing to get on the tables). Finally on the table and my therapist cleaned for the first 5 minutes. Got started and used so much pressure on my head and spine I was getting concerned. Idk if she could feel me tensing up, but she lightened the pressure to basically petting me the rest of the time. My friend said her massage was good tho, onlynreason for 2 stars.
