The people were nice enough and my nail tech wasn’t rude or anything, but my nails came out awful. I got. Gel manicure and it has been 4 days and they are chipping off already! I have been coming there now for a few months and always have John . Super nice guy.. Had an appt yesterday but unfortunately had to reschedule and made it for today at 11:00..I get there at 10:45 and was busy with another customer and the woman told me he can see me at 11:15.. Totally fine.. Then another woman walks in and said she had an appt at 11:15 I guess as well.. Then the lady who works there proceeds to tell me my appt was at 10:30 and I was late and now have to wait until after he’s done with the woman who just walked in and apparently has appt same time at me.. The girl that he was currently working on even said that I should go at 10:45 .. Once again my appt was 11.. Not my fault that you must have double booked and then probably moved me without saying anything or notifying me..i was there first..That’s ridiculous… I’m never ever going back there again.. Which is a shame because John was great.. Sorry John but I was treated poorly.

This place has TERRIBLE time management. If I can rate them zero stars, I would. Never agree on an appointment time because you’ll get told “we didn’t hear you” for an appointment that was made in person and get told to come back two hours later. Poor time management. Don’t recommend to anyone that actually has stuff to do in their every day life.

I had a weird experience here. The nail tech Amy was rude to me at the beginning of my appoint. Arguing with me about what design I wanted. After simplifying my request she then proceeds to tell a customer she does not offer dip services after I had just asked her for dip services and she said she would. I appreciate her being open and informing me she doesn’t like to provide this service but it still made me nervous as this was my very first time there and I wasn’t sure if she didn’t like it because she couldn’t do the service right or if it’s because she just doesn’t like to do it. I got my nails done on Friday 8/14/20. My nails are chipped and breaking off 4 days later which is Tuesday 8/18/20. I have never had this happen before and to top it all off these are my birthday nails. ( GIRLS YOU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THAT IS) Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment due to unprofessional service.
