I have been coming to Organica for almost a year now for nails and their awesome spray tan! The staff and Owner are always so kind and attentive. Recently I came to get extensions done by Shelby and my makeup and color done by Payton. AMAZING RESULTS!! If you are in the East Texas area and need a place to pamper yourself, Organica Body Spa is your #1 place. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!

When it comes to hair Shelby is the way to go! She helped me get fun and funky colors back in my hair and added extensions so I could finally have my dream of thick hair! Love her work so much. I came to Organically Body Spa to get a lash lift and tint for college. When I walked in, it smelled GREAT! The place is decorated and is adorable. While getting my lashes done, she was so sweet and made me feel as comfortable as possible! They turned out great. I will definitely be coming back:)

I went into Organica Spa for a 90 min massage. I got there early to fill out paperwork and get relaxed in a spa environment before my appointment. Unfortunately it was very difficult to relax for several reasons, one being there is literally an alarm that goes off every time someone opens the door to enter or exit the spa that I could hear even during my massage appointment. There was no water out for anyone to drink, only Capri sun, and the music was so loud and not relaxing in the least to name a few issues. Over all it felt more like a salon environment, which would be fine if I wasn’t misled by it being labeled a spa. I arrived 15 mins early and ended up waiting until 15mins after my appointment was supposed to begin to even be brought back to the massage. I had to sit and wait to hear all the daily gossip before my therapist even acknowledged me then told me she still had to get her room ready. After getting to the room 15+ minutes late, no time was made up on my massage. It was completely unprofessional.

Received a bikini wax and luxury facial today by Tara and she was absolutely amazing!!! Extremely professional and so relaxing while being friendly and kind! My face looks absolutely amazing! I can’t remember the last time my skin had such a beautiful, natural glow or felt this smooth! I will recommend her over and over again to everyone I know! The owner and lash lady are SO SWEET. I adore them both. The place is very cute and beautiful with even touches of glitter! I really really really hate to leave a mediocre review. I am new to area and she was able to fit me in which I really appreciated! I used to get my lashes done a lot before the pandemic and just started again. Here was the first place I came. The lashes when she were finished were gorgeous! I did also experience immediate fallout as the previous reviewer had…with half of my eyelashes falling off within the next day. I know the aftercare routine very well and thought it might just have been a bad day for her. I texted her my issue and she spoke to the manager who was more than happy to try to fix it again. They didn’t charge me and that was a very nice gesture on their part. Unfortunately I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM! Immediate fallout afterwards and within a few days! My lashes usually last for 3 weeks pretty well. I hate to bother them again with this issue but it was a bit frustrating. I’m sure their other services are great and are worth a try. However I would really consider getting lashes done somewhere else as I travel and work a lot…1-2 hours is a lot of time to waste for eyelashes that do not last over two days. Maybe it is the glue. Who knows!
