Worst customer service ever! I booked my appointment online and they didn’t call me nor text me to tell me that they can’t keep my appointment yet she was extremely rude and hanged up on my face and of course she kept talking about vip client that she has that I don’t care for that she canceled my appointment for! Respect is respect. I’m not paying money to be treated less then for whatever reason. Don’t go there if you want to be treated with respect

It was by far the best spa experience I’ve had in LA! I went to the one in Santa Monica. Got all the bells and whistles – infrared sauna, steam room, champagne for my bday, tea, snacks, and a heavenly signature facial from Huma. She was the warmest host and most experienced esthetician. Super knowledgeable and had great skin care recommendations.

I love this place. I got the LA Facial with Jeny. She was so nice and I could tell she loves what she does and really knows what she’s doing. The treatments are all natural and vegan, which is important to me. The vibe of the place is super relaxing. It’s very clean and pretty and serene. My skin came out glowing. I highly recommend going here. I will go back regularly for sure.

I love that there is a place on Main Street I can go to for the highest quality facial! Ask for Jeny, she does phenomenal microdermabrasion treatments paired with extractions and lymphatic drainage. It’s an incredibly relaxing experience that leaves you feeling and looking 10 years younger. They have a really lovely, spacious, and clean infrared sauna and steam shower here too – I highly recommend taking advantage of it before your treatment.

Fantastic place. Olivia was incredible. The space was gorgeous. The infrared spa was top. I love that you can schedule appointment beforehand (I scheduled about 45 minutes before I went in). Their products were lovely, and it was a completely private experience. Recommend!
