Parking is super easy you can pay with an app ParkMobileEveryone that works here are the BEST at what they do. They mainly focus on sugaring and waxing and they do THE BEST WORK which I really appreciate their expertise. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOrganic Sugaring Center is hands down the best place I’ve been to for waxing services. The staff is always superior nice and professional. I’ve never had to wait before my appointment and they certainly DO NOT rush through your appointment. As a black woman, the sugaring has done wonders for my skin. There’s way less hair when it starts to grow back and the damage I caused from shaving is slowly fading away as well. Organic Sugaring Center is hands down the best place I’ve been to for waxing services. The staff is always superior nice and professional. I’ve never had to wait before my appointment and they certainly DO NOT rush through your appointment. As a black woman, the sugaring has done wonders for my skin. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAfter today’s experience I will NEVER come back here again. I’ve been coming here for quite sometime and really enjoyed my service with Claire specifically. Today I had an appointment at 10am. However my roommate tested positive for COVID this morning around 8:30. So I decided to go get tested and cancel my appointment. I called this morning and left a message to ask if I can transfer my appointment to another day since my roommate tested positive and as a nurse I didn’t want to put her and her staff in harms way. She called me back around 9 and asked me why I was canceling and I explained my situation to her. They do have a strict cancellation policy which I am aware of and understand. I have never cancelled an appointment as well. Claires response was “we can’t keep doing this…our business is suffering” I was livid! Mind you we are in the middle of the pandemic and must remain flexible. I expected her response to be “thank you for informing us and keeping us safe” not berate me for cancelling because of an exposure. she then went to say the person you have an appointment with is waiting and other clients have wanted this appointment. Our business is suffers when people do this. So I told her I just found out this morning and you guys don’t open until 10am which was the same time as my appointment…how is this my fault. Long story short they care strictly about business and not their clients! I am super disappointed and disgusted about the way I was treated for attempting to keep every other customer and employee safe by doing the right thing. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! To know my honesty and integrity didn’t matter I’ve lost trust in Claire and her business. She didn’t even try to rectify the situation it was strictly about they money, not that I’ve been a client for months but because I cancelled my appointment short notice because I’ve been exposed to Covid by someone I live with and instead of going to my appointment knowing this I decided to get tested instead and was penalized and made to feel bad that the person who was suppose to wax me was waiting. It’s a shame! Especially with numbers rising this is how they choose to run their business knowing these things!After today’s experience I will NEVER come back here again. After today’s experience I will NEVER come back here again. I’ve been coming here for quite sometime and really enjoyed my service with Claire specifically. Today I had an appointment at 10am.
