The body treatment by Yoshi was immaculate. I have never seen services like this before and am delighted to see such diverse staff catering to different skin ethnicity needs. I also had the facial with the eminence products and my skin has been glowing all week. A bit pricey but definitely worth it – Will be back!

Had a great experience here! I’d never had a facial before and was excited to treat myself for my birthday. Allison was so friendly and walked me through the whole process, really took her time and gave me the full experience. I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect such immediate results. My skin has never looked better and even though I struggle with acne and sensitivity, every product used felt great and clearly made a difference. There was no pressure to purchase any products afterwards, which was very appreciated. I will absolutely be back!!

Bad experience with front counter staff when using a Groupon discount. (This happened quite a while ago) apparently I was trying to use it before enough time had gone by since I used a previous one. I was unaware, but was given so much attitude and treated like i was scum for trying to use the massage I’d just bought through Groupon. Sucks because I had enjoyed the massages I was getting regularly there but haven’t felt comfortable enough to go back ever since :/

I had a fine massage but bad customer service. I got a Groupon here for my sister-in-law but she had to suddenly move and couldn’t use it. I decided to use it instead of wasting it, scheduled a massage, and told them I would be using the Groupon. It wasn’t until I was there and then done with the massage that I was told I couldn’t use it because I had already bought a Groupon several years prior. I understand the policy but think I should have been notified beforehand that I would pay an unexpected $140.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with my massage. I was so looking forward to it being in such need due to my neck issues and tightness. And the fact that I literally mention the neck was my main problem. When it was done I was taken aback since my neck pretty much felt worse quite the bummer :/

The esthetician talked to me the whole time which was uncomfortable as my face was covered in face scrub and oils. The shoulder massage was also painful due to her long nails jabbing into my skin. Will not return as it was not relaxing at all and my face felt the same before I came in.

Priscilla used a cold towel on my face initially. I guess she didn’t arrive early enough to turn on the warmer so the temperature of the towel was comfortable. Then she was on her cell phone. She massaged my face with one hand and had her cellphone in the other. A notification confirmed my suspension. I reported thisa aggregious and disgusting act to the onwer who simply apologized. And didn’t offer me anything else. She should have given me a portion of my money back or a do over.

My wife and I got a couples massage from Yoshi and Helen for our anniversary and it was wonderful. They serve you water and tea before and after and they really go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. The atmosphere in the room was very relaxing and our massages were awesome. I loved the experience and hope to be back again soon.
