Stylist Teonia completed straight back feed in braids for my daughter on 9/6/22. No issues booking nor giving the deposit to place my appointment online, that was simple. Our appointment was at 9am and she was at her chair and ready to work before 9am. She asked if the color hair she had was alright to use for my daughters hair, it was and she completed the style within an hour with no breaks. She was very polite, very professional. I’ve lived in Shreveport for 8 years and she’s the first stylist who was THIS professional. I will be returning to her for myself and my younger children in the future and will definitely recommend to anyone who asks me. Thank you!

Me and my son had a very good experience at Organic Root Studio. Crystal Green was so nice and very informative every question I had she didn’t mind answering she made us feel comfortable plus she didn’t mind me asking her what was the name of the shampoo she used on my sons locs, because his hair was so soft and manageable not stiff, his hair loved it plus he has bleached ends. very nice clean place to go and get your loc needs taken care of,all the staff are very professional and versatile doing cosmetics, and natural hair as well, it’s a family like environment we will be going back.

Me and my grandson needed our Dreads washed and retwisted. I was referred and highly recommended to Ms. Crystal Green. the owner, who was so Professional, Pleasant and Kind when answering my call. Unfortunately she was booked but immediately booked me with one of her Staff Associates/Loc Tech and Stylist which I was assured I would be pleased with Ms. Tiara who would be my stylist. This young lady did an Awesome Job to our Dreads. More thorough then I’ve experience in awhile.with the retwisting If Ms. Crystal is ever booked give Ms. Tiara .a try you won’t be disappointed because they are an Awesome Team. I happened upon this gem of a hair salon through google. When prompted to view the website, I did so, and found everything I needed. Most questions one would have, concerning a new salon, was answered through the website. Every stylist had a bio. The website was easy to navigate…so I booked a same day appointment. I received my confirmation booking via text. As soon as I walked into the salon- it was a vibe. Neo Soul music played through the speakers, clients were being serviced and I was greeted with a warm welcome as I entered. My appointment was for 2:00 PM, and I was promptly set in a chair. Stylist cleaned shampoo bowls and chairs after the prior client, and it just seemed like it was going to be a great experience. Even the colors on the wall, which was a bright green, made you feel invigorated! The pictures and the decor, matched the energy. The owner was there, and engaged with her clients and those around her. My stylist, LindaMarie, who was listed as an apprentice, did the fool with my locs! I absolutely love my style and LindaMarie’s energy. The professionalism of the whole crew- did it for me. Sure, it was my first time walking in that establishment, but I can say for sure that it will NOT be my last. Crystal Green and Company, are an absolute hit! They know what they are doing. It feels good to walk into a space, feel welcomed and appreciated that you (the client) chose them to render you services. I can’t say enough. Kudos to the Organic Roots Studio.
