Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a pretty bad experience with the salon I’ve only been there twice and it was two days in a row. I had Jay who performed the art that you see below. First told a woman he came in with just 15 minutes, until he’s done with me and can help her. Then she waited half an hour and so did I, so two people were given the wrong expectations. Two, when I kept asking him to fix things or to help me shape things the way that I want he had a rebuttle and a smart comment about how he was the nail tech. He made me feel like I didn’t know what I wanted or what I was talking about. I also called the number on the website which is inactive. So I went in this morning at opening came back at 11:30 when they had open time slots, for my appointment, ended up waiting until noon to start. Terry took really good care of me today, however they forced me to pay more than I did yesterday (which I can’t even wrap my head around that one), & when I said that I wanted to wait to see the finished product to pay, they forced me to pay or refused to paint. I won’t be going back there ever. & when I went in the morning to ask them to fix it it just felt like everyone in the salon who works there had a problem with fixing their mistakes. & I was being so polite as one could be in this situation & everyone jumped in on me. It was extremely unprofessional. I had a pretty bad experience with the salon I’ve only been there twice and it was two days in a row. I had Jay who performed the art that you see below. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey are just awesome, they work really hard to do exactly what you want to get. I love how they treat me and how they make my nails. Definitely they are my favorite place to get my nails done. I can easily trust them my nails because I always know that they are going to do a great job. They are just awesome, they work really hard to do exactly what you want to get. I love how they treat me and how they make my nails. Definitely they are my favorite place to get my nails done. I can easily trust them my nails because I always know that they are going to do a great job. I showed one of the girls the design that I wanted and she literally did it even better!
