Critical: ProfessionalismI went here yesterday morning, my nails look great and I have no complaints about my nails. But the salon is not very clean, last night my nail was hurting really bad and I looked at it closely and it is infected. I don’t know if this was from the nail salon but it’s weird it got infected right after I went. I love the girl that did my nails she was very sweet and made sure everything looked great before I left. I went here yesterday morning, my nails look great and I have no complaints about my nails. But the salon is not very clean, last night my nail was hurting really bad and I looked at it closely and it is infected. I don’t know if this was from the nail salon but it’s weird it got infected right after I went. I wish I could give this place 6 stars! One word: Kimmy. She did such a fantastic job on my nails and nailed the color I wanted. I cannot express how happy and satisfied I am with the work she completed. The salon was very clean and professional. Staff was super friendly! I got my nails done horribly at another location and I am super picky about an SNS mani so to have such great work done after that was amazing. The work completed is honestly the best in the area, at every angle my nails look like beauties.

I was mostly satisfied- although a couple of my nails had bubbles in them. :/Came back today and asked for them to be removed. Didn’t want my nails being torn up. I had 3 different people work on my nails and continue to tell me they were “too thick” which occurred at their business in the first place.They charged me to take them off, and they still aren’t completely off. My nails are still thick and still have chunks of fake nail attached to them.Disappointing for sure.Came in a couple weeks ago and had my nails done, when I left.. I went in to get a full set of acrylics and the lady RIPPED my previous acrylic of my nails one by one even using a nail tip to pry it off my nails. I let her do one hand in total shock that she thought that me saying oww was not enough to just soak them like normal. Now my pointer finger nail is cracked super close to cuticle and feels infected
