Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Made an appointment with Henry at noon. Sat there waiting without a single person working there asking me to have a seat and he’d be ready for me soon. 30 minutes later I left. Nobody ever tried to stop me or anything! They just COMPLETELY ignored me. I will NEVER spend my hard earned money in such a rude and nasty salon again. One would have to be fool to go to this business!!

I just can’t speak highly enough about them!! I’ve referred several people and they are all regulars too!!Nancy and Henry are SUPER hospitable and welcoming. I told Nancy about various health issues I have and she BOUGHT A BIDET FOR THE STORE because I ranted and raved about another place in town that has one but had gotten a little pricey and too busy and began overlooking that home-town personal service we, in Spring Hill, look for!Nancy and Henry are locals, as well as Mandy (my nail technician). I’m on a limited income and am really picky about my nails and toes and will remain loyal to the right place… they are that place!!!I use a punch card there to get half off a service after so many visits. They always take their time and HAVE time!! If you go with a few people, I suggest calling ahead. Both Nancy and Mandy speak really good English, which is nice to have when explaining what I’d like them to do for me.I take care of special needs kids and take them there as well. We made an appointment (5 days in advance) and when we arrived, we were not even greeted by anyone. I told the woman at the first station that we were there for our 2:30 appointment and she said ok pick your color. I Picked my color and we waited 20 minutes before I asked her again when we would be seen? She looked annoyed and said “right now.” My gel manicure & pedicure felt rushed and my nail tech kept having side conversations with people, laughing, and looked very distracted the entire time. After a few days all of my gel nails have literally peeled off. Probably because the gel manicure was so rushed and it didn’t cure enough or something. This has never happened so quickly after getting a gel manicure. Sorry, but I would not go back here! I’m not sure what all the good reviews are about!

I am very particular and Tom gave me a beautiful gel manicure!!! Tom is the bomb! Highly recommend this salon!! Great quality, value and friendly staff!!

I don’t know why but they always pop off. Well, I decided to give it one more go here at Organic and I was blown away! The set I’ve gotten here have lasted and looked amazing since day one and I’m on my third fill today.I cannot praise the workers here enough! I live in Hohenwald (1 hour and 15 minute drive) but work next door. I’m always able to pop in after work without an appointment and have only had to wait 5 minutes one time.
