The girl that sits in the first seat next to receptionist is rude and doesn’t do a good job. Trash! I let her do nails because my lady Mary was out. She couldn’t do a basic Fill no design. Left the tips of my nails unpainted and when I mentioned it she had an stupid response. I’ve never got my nails done and they left the tips unpainted. Then she filed my nails after she painted which took more color off. Their prices are to high for me to be walking out unsatisfied. $72 for a mani & fill no designs.

Ask for May when you go in I needed this day and May really took her time and pampered me. Take her advice if she gives you any on which service to pick. She gave me a wonderful pedicure and I’m not just talking about the gel polish. She really took care of my feet and legs (the 45$ pedi) and despite my short nails she was able to give me a nice manicure (no fake nails just a nice manicure with gel polish) I was a walk in and they took me immediately and the massage chairs during the pedi

Went for a pedicure for my daughter and myself. My daughter wanted her toe nail shorter so I kindly asked the lady whose name is “May” if she could trim it a bit more and she completely blew up with nasty horrible attitude telling me to cut my daughters nail because she couldn’t cut it more because she was going to hurt her and make her bleed. I asked her to calm down because it was just a question and she was providing such a bad customer service she never stopped repeating herself adding that she wasn’t going to pay for hospital bills and she just blew everything out of proportion. She started talking in Vietnamese and her colleagues were just laughing. Very unprofessional horrible attitude that in reality nobody deserves to be treated that way.

First time there, i understand appointments kind of run late sometimes however that’s not really why I did not like my experience. I was greeted very well and treated very well too. My issue was with the nail tech that did my mani & pedi. My mani was fine however my pedi was not looking good at all once I got home. I was not told this nail polished would turn out this way once dried or after a few minutes if they would’ve mentioned this to me it would have avoided another trip to the nail shop to get it fixed. Same nail tech was assigned to fix my polish and she said that she had mentioned to me that the regular polish was not going to look like the gel polish on my hands(shiny she said) I told here I was not interested in them looking shiny, I just want it to look nice, but I don’t know if she did not understand or what….did not use same polish as she said that it would probably look the same again. Polished them white. I’m sorry to say I will not be returning.

Still not an excuse for why my nails look like this and why the diamonds fell off after washing my hands. It felt very rushed and I felt like they were just trying to get me out and didn’t really care. I didn’t like the shape so they filed my nails AFTER they had already applied the polish so I’m missing color in the sides of my nails. Paid total of $115 for my nails and pedicure. My sister and I went for a pedicure. The man, Ben doing my sister’s pedicure did a great food/ leg massage while mine was so boring, almost like just applying body lotion.. so I asked Ben if he will do a massage and he immediately said yes.. Woaa he is good.. highly recommended… Thank you Ben!!!
