Had a dip powder manicure a several days ago, and this is how they look right now. I’ve never gotten a manicure that only lasted for 2 days. Keep in mind I didn’t do anything that would possibly damaged them.

Got a gel manicure with tips- the shape and length were fine, not exactly what was in the photo I shared, but was OK. Once he was done, I could see parts of the nail where the color was sparse and I could see the sides of my real nails- like the gel surface didn’t cover my entire nail. I was charged an additional $5 for nail length and $5 for shaping the nail which makes no sense since the nail has to be shaped regardless of what’s chosen. I also got a pedicure. The water was barely warm even after I asked for the water to be warmer 2x. The girl scrubbed my feet for literally 30 seconds each and it all together lasted 12 min. Spent $97 total and am not too thrilled.

Customer service is the worst! I had my nails done by Grace, and I she put on a mask and gloves to do my nails. I looked around and no one else was wearing gloves, even for the ones doing pedicures but she wore gloves just to touch my hands, and put on her mask while being behind the plexiglass. She also told me midway how much my nails would cost, I asked her why would she ask that, and if that was something new.. she said no. I’ve never had anyone tell me the price while they were doing my nails. I didn’t hear Young telling the Caucasian lady her nail price, nor was he wearing a mask and gloves. I am African American, and I suspect this was racism. They literally nickel and dime you for everything there, and now I see why there is never a wait for service (which is the only reason I go) but I would rather sit and wait i hours before tolerating what seems to be racism.

Always great service here 🙂 I feel appreciated for coming here and they always ask if you want something to drink whether it’s wine or soda, and they are very patient. The owner is really helpful and nice especially when you are new and are having questions. Infinity time back here lol so this place it’s literally my go-to spot for getting my nails done . Love the smell in here as well. They are also following the COVID-19 guidelines – which is always nice! Highly recommend!

Most amazing nail shop, it’s so beautiful and peaceful, they have a comfortable waiting area and so many colors to choose from. The owners and staff are amazing and are all about customer service . I highly recommend for anyone to come and see for themselves! Young has been doing my nails for many years and I have never had a bad experience.

I recommend the tropical colada pedicure which I get done about once a month. I have had my eyebrows done her too a couple times.
