My second visit at this place literally gave me a nightmare. I had a very terrible experience and never recommended to anyone on this place. I was served by an inexperienced manager who is only care about making more money. When I sat down with her, she could not identify what kinds of material my precious nails had. She said it would take 5 mins to remove the old material by covering with remover and aluminum foil. Then it ended up taking over 35 mins for her to check my nails because she was constantly running around checking on things, and answering a few phone calls, and did not care how I felt as a customer . I was left alone with painful nails due to the longer soaking with gel removers. I asked her if she could have someone else helped me because I also have to leave soon. Then she was upset and impatient, blaming me that I didn’t know what my previous nail was. She finally sat down, using the machine that literally cut half of my real nail off on my pinky. It was so painful. I could not stand her and I left with nails that she ruined. What a rude and careless person! This office is hungry for money but careless on their customer services. If they could not handle much business, they should have taken less clients or hired more employees. Instead, they leave their clients like me with painful and ugly nails.

personally, for me Trina did a phenomenal job. She saw me right as my friend and I arrived and did the acrylics in a quick amount of time. Everything about the place is good except the price.. I was charged 45 dollars for a fill which I think is ridiculous seeing I got a full set at a different place for the same price. Trina did very well, but my friend had a different experience with this nail salon that I thought would be helpful. while i was getting my nails done she had to wait tenish minutes, which is not bad. she got one lady who was doing her nails, but halfway the lady left and 5 minutes after someone else came and did not do the best.. My friends nails have a TON of bubbles and I feel horrible because her fill was 52 dollars. 🙁

First time coming here after shopping frequently at sprouts with busy clientele all the time. I got a gel mani and eyebrow wax. Lady assured me I wouldn’t get a red rash and I really didn’t. I typically walk out red like a tomato looking like a bee stung me. After the oil she applied though I did get a little rash but it’s just how my skin reacts to lavender scents. I was overall pleased with how mani looks and eyebrows finally have a shape.

Friends and I booked a pedicure and manicure here. Staff were friendly! Good place for a last minute touch, but recommend booking in advanced. Won’t get full five stars since the nail tech accidently cut my finger, they were probably in a hurry.

I was not satisfied with their service and behavior with customers. They put my fingers on a chemical liquid in a bowl. It supposed to take 10 minutes last. But they left me on that situation and took care of the other costumer for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes I asked them to back to me, they answered I have to wait till their done with others. Which is not right. The extra ten minutes that I had to keep my fingers in that position made my skin damaged and dry. They even didn’t apologize. Management and services was very unprofessional.

Really nice friendly staff. Very helpful and patient with me in guiding me through all the services they provided. The facility was clean and nicely decorated giving off calming and soothing vibes. I really enjoyed my time there.

I was excited to check this place out, due to it’s hot and new here on yelp. I got a voucher from Groupon, good deal too. Today I finally came got my manicure and pedicure. The place is very nice and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Look for T and Teresa they sure that they will take care of you. If you have any questions on any of there services oh and they also have eyelashes extension call Pauline, she’s the manager. She’s very nice, sweet and helpful. I have a new favorite nail spa place, will definitely come back. You guys better check out this place out too, you won’t be disappointed. Organic Nail Bar is located next to CVS pharmacy.
