This is my second time going to this salon and the ladies were so welcoming and nice. I wanted a simple design and wasn’t sure of the color and they all pitched ideas to help me decide. This is my second time visiting the salon today and I was highly disappointed once I got home. I live 6 minutes away from the salon. I didn’t rub anything on my hands other then the lotion from the salon. Once I saw my nails in the kitchen light I saw all dark bubbles on the pink polish. I was very disappointed because it was literally within minutes and this has never happened before. I called the salon before 8 and no one answered. This has never happened and now I’m worried that old gel polish was used on my manicure.

This was my first time here. As soon as I walked through the door the staff was helpful and friendly. My tech was Tom, he took good care of me. I could tell he really cares about providing great work by the attention he gave to each nail. This is my new spot and I will for sure be seeing Tom again! Going to a nail bar and being serviced by “professionals” who do nails, you would think they could properly apply basic nail polish, right? WRONG. Not only did I arrive only to be “welcomed” by the receptionist with an attitude, but my nails came out terrible. The receptionist (hispanic women with short hair to be specific) had absolutely 0 customer service skills whatsoever, just eye rolling and not pleasant at all. Should’ve known I was going to waste my money then. All I got serviced was a basic pedicure and manicure and it couldn’t be done correctly. My “nail tech” who serviced me asked the nail tech next to her to ask me what I wanted. That’s no problem. The nail tech painted one color and showed me and I said it was to light, so the nail tech next to her suggested putting white at the bottom then topping it off with the color I wanted. It was a great idea and she told my nail tech to proceed. Once she got to my manicure, she acted as if she was rushed. She didn’t let any coats dry and went back to back with 5 coats! So what was bound to happen is the nail polish was going to take awhile to dry, OBVIOUSLY. She then accidentally touched one of my nails and messed it up and smacked her lips. Once she “finished”, she then grabbed my hand and said “see I told you it wouldn’t work, I told you!”. I was SHOCKED, because she NEVER spoke to me. She not only was rude, but did a terrible job with just BASIC nail polish. I will NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN. I was hoping to have a relaxing time, but instead got attitude and nails that I hate. Waste of money and time. Thank you for ruining my nail experience here.

My very first time here and the service was great! Ms. Lily did and extraordinary job when it came to my pedicure! She was kind, gentle, and took her time with my feet I normally go to Plano but I found a new place and that is Organic Nail bar! The service was amazing, Lily does great work this is the best pedicure I’ve ever had she’s good! I highly recommend! I will be back soon! Highly satisfied the compliments on my feet has been nonstop.

I tried this salon for the first time last week and I was very impressed! I was referred by my friend and I’m very happy I took her advice. Ken did a great job on my nails(dip powder)!! Very neat and pretty. My pedicure was also nice and the prices even better!! The service there is great as well. Definitely won’t be my last time visiting Organic Nail Bar!

Andy was very gentle and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. They didn’t have small heart stickers so I appreciate him taking his time to draw them. Will be coming back again!
