Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to Organic Nail Bar since it opened in Uniontown. I always had a great experience. However, in the past 6 months my gel polish had been peeling off within the week that I had them done. I would be there over an hour waiting for my nails to get done, even with an appointment. Most recently when I stopped to get a nail fixed that peeled off in 5 days after getting the service on a random Wednesday afternoon, the owner told me that ‘ it would be a long wait’ for a single nail that would not even have taken her 5 minutes to paint. I have been going to Organic Nail Bar since it opened in Uniontown. I always had a great experience. However, in the past 6 months my gel polish had been peeling off within the week that I had them done. I would be there over an hour waiting for my nails to get done, even with an appointment. Most recently when I stopped to get a nail fixed that peeled off in 5 days after getting the service on a random Wednesday afternoon, the owner told me that ‘ it would be a long wait’ for a single nail that would not even have taken her 5 minutes to paint. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy last two visits the pedicures were awful. I paid for the deluxe service and it was very rushed and my nail color was shoddy. This last Saturday it was rushed and I didn’t get the complete deluxe treatments. My big toe nail got smudged twice and the gal threw a hissy fit in her language. I could have done a better job myself and saved myself the expense and hassle.My last two visits the pedicures were awful. My last two visits the pedicures were awful. I paid for the deluxe service and it was very rushed and my nail color was shoddy. They did put Peds snd then started on my mom and aunts gel, they told me it would be 10 mins before I would get mine. I watched 6 people come in, and get acrylic while I was waiting to get mine, and when I asked they told me it would be 1-2 more hours..I went there another time before snd the woman that did my nails asked me if I wanted to get rid of my facial hair.
