Critical: Quality, ValueIf I can give it zero star. I usually don’t write review only when things are extremely good / bad. My two little fingers one got scratched open, one got trimmed open and both were bleeding during my manicure process. I would say the technical skills definitely are concerning, if one incident was by accident, how can this happen to the second little finger?? Or is the technician just careless?More worse was after all these. I had a store gift card from my husband last year and there were $68 left showed on my last saved receipt. 2020 was so crazy and I didn’t get a chance to visit until Dec. They told me my gift card can not work anymore with their machine. And I was fine with that as long as they had a way to issue a new card that showed the rest amount. They then said the card can only worth 50% of its amount, which meant my $34 was vanished for no reason! My very regular gel manicure cost $48 including 20% tips as I wanted to support them as a resident in this town. I was in a rush to go to doc appointment and didn’t argue with them. But at the end my manicure which was supposed to be $48 turned out as $72 ($68 from the gift card + $14 paid by my credit card). 2020 was tough to everyone but it’s not right to force your customers and take their money in such way!Service: ManicureIf I can give it zero star. If I can give it zero star. I usually don’t write review only when things are extremely good / bad. My two little fingers one got scratched open, one got trimmed open and both were bleeding during my manicure process. I would say the technical skills definitely are concerning, if one incident was by accident, how can this happen to the second little finger?? Or is the technician just careless?
